Districts can connect their Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS), or classroom tools using several supported rostering options.

Scholastic Sync allows districts to securely share roster data with Scholastic to automate account setup and ongoing roster updates.

Supported connection methods include:

• OneRoster API

• OneRoster CSV via secure SFTP

These options are recommended for districts that want automated roster management across schools and classrooms.

Teachers can connect their Google Classroom accounts to quickly create and manage classes for their Scholastic magazines

This option is ideal for teacher-managed classroom setup without requiring a district-level roster integration.

Scholastic programs also support integrations through platforms such as:

• ClassLink
• Clever
• Canvas
• Schoology
• Other supported LMS or SSO providers

Availability may vary by product and district setup.

For select products, Scholastic also supports manual classroom setup.

This option may be appropriate for smaller implementations or schools without automated rostering capabilities. Manual setup may require assistance from the Scholastic Rostering & Onboarding team.
