Knowledge Library

1. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

If your district or school doesn’t already have a signed End User License Agreement on file with Scholastic, your identified EULA contact will receive an email with instructions to sign in and accept the terms and conditions. This step is required before gaining access to your subscription.

2. TECHNICAL SET-UP

We recommend that any Technical Set-up is handled by a school or district Technical Administrator. Resources for Technical Administrators can be found here.

3. TEACHER ACCESS

Beginning with Back-to-School 2026, Knowledge Library users will access their programs through the new Scholastic Education Platform.

Teacher access is managed through your district or school’s roster data shared with Scholastic through the Scholastic Sync service.

Teachers must be included in the organization’s roster data in order to access Knowledge Library. Once rostered, teachers can access their subscriptions using the authentication method configured by their district or school, such as:

  • Google
  • Clever
  • ClassLink
  • Learning Management System (i.e., Canvas, Schoology)
  • Manual username/password authentication

4. ADMIN ACCESS

District and school administrators must also be included in the organization’s roster data in order to access administrative features within Knowledge Library.

To access Knowledge Library administrative tools:

  • District Administrators must be shared in the district’s roster data with the appropriate administrator role
  • School Administrators must be shared in the school’s roster data with the appropriate administrator role

Once rostered, administrators will access the platform using the authentication method configured by their organization, such as: Google, Clever, ClassLink, Learning Management System, and/or manual username/password authentication.
